John Palumbo
Technician/Graphic Designer
John handles the bulk of the in-house operations. In addition to services for our residential customers, John provides remote support to our business customers.
John is now heading up the newly implemented web/graphic design portion of the business.
About Us
Mobile Computer Services has been serving the Tampa Bay Area since June 2002. Starting strictly as an OnSite service, it has steadily grown over the past few years, mostly by word of mouth from satisfied customers. Many of our first customers from the beginning years still use us today.
After several years of continual growth, the company bought it's own retail location and called it "Right Click Technologies". This allowed us to expand the services offered and increase customer response time while keeping service rates the same.

FAQ How Did I Get This Virus?
Virus & Malware infections can find their way into your computer into many ways. The most common are through websites and emails.
Two simple ways to help defend yourself are:
1) Do not use Internet Explorer unless you have to. Install an alternate browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
2) Do not open emails unless you are sure of who sent them and when in doubt, don't.

How Much Will This Cost?
Mobile Computer Services & Right Click Technologies focus on finding customers the most cost effective path to service completion. Whether it's On-Site on Bring-In service, our customers will get the fastest and most cost effective solution available. Most bring-in service is completed within 24 hours and below $100.00.
We pride ourselves in being an owner operated service business. We are not a national chain or 800 number service outsourcing tech support across the country to the lowest bidder. We live and operate in the same location as our customers and have a vested interest in how they feel about the service they received with us. This means we go above and beyond to earn our customers business and could not survive without their continued support and referrals.
How Long Will I Be Without My PC?
Unlike chain stores, our turnaround is usually next day unless parts need to be ordered. We have many parts in stock and unless the part is proprietary to your model, we usually have it on hand.
Most virus removals are completed the same day if brought to us before noon. PCs and Laptops brought in after 1pm are ready to be picked up the next day.
If your computer has an intermittent problem and its source is difficult to locate, service time will varry.
If we come On-Site to repair your computer and In-House repairs are necessary, we usually only need it overnight.

When an existing customer refers us to a friend or neighbor, they will enjoy a 15% discount on labor during their next service. Remind them to mention your name and we will mark your account in our system to receive the discount at your next service.
Refer two or more customers and your discount on labor increases to 20%.
